I am using an HP laptop in Windows 10 and C&C Remastered on Steam. What do you expect to see? The game to work I also went to select a couple of my units to begin scouting and when I went to select different units to scout elsewhere it didn't deselect the first units, but bunched them in with the others. I tried using the mouse and arrow keys to scroll and it didn't work.
I couldn't go to the right or down, and the hot keys to return me to my construction yard didn't work.
